Procedure :- The candidates will be selected based on interaction with parents by the Principal/Vice Principal/Headmistress.
Eligibility :- Minimum eligible age for admission is 4+ as on 1.04.2013. Boys/Girls born between 1.04.2008 and 31.03.2009 are eligible for admission to Class Upper Infant and only such candidates can apply.
Only 180 students will be selected for admission to Upper Infant and will get their forms. The forms will not be provided from the school parents has to visit the official school website www.mbwa.org.in for getting there forms and application can be submitted online any day between 3rd October and 13th October, 2012. When submitt your child form there will be a payment receipt slip for depositing the form fee at United Bank of India. The amount is Rs. 800/- which has to be deposited in the bank and you should collect your school copy of the bank deposit slip.
Documents Required :- You can submitt your documents in the school dropbox in the Senior Section office from 3rd October to 16th October, 2012 between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PMMonday to Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The documents which has to be submitted are d copy of the print out of the application form alongwith a recent stamp-sized colour photographs of Candidate, Father and Mother duly pasted. Original School copy of the receipted Bank Payment Receipt Slip. A copy of the Birth Certificate of Kolkata Municipal Corporation / Hospital / Nursing Home / Municipal Board.
