As pr CCE scheme, an academic year is divided in to two terms. First term is from April to September and Second term is from October to March.
a) Eligibility: The age of the child for admission shall be as follows:
Nursery—2+
LKG— 3+
UKG--- 4+
and so on as on 1st June of the year of admission.
b) Selection: A simple oral/written test will be conducted to know the aptitude of the child. Admission will be finalized on the basis of performance of the child in the said test and interview with the parent. List of the selected candidates will be notified on the notice board.
c) Certificates to be submitted at the time of admission:
1. For L.K.G, U.K.G. and class I a copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the concerned authorities.
2. For class II and above pupils coming from recognized schools must produce the Transfer Certificate. In case of inter-state transfer, the certificate should be countersigned by the concerned authorities.
3. Note: Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred under any circumstances.
EVALUATION:
Each term will have two formative and one summative assessment. There will be two formative tests and at the end of the term a summative test. The weightages and time schedule will be as follows.

c) At the end of the term grades will be given for academic performance as well as the students participation and performance in all their scholastic and co-scholastic areas. All these will be reflected in the report.
d) The Parents, necessarily need to keep themselves well informed of the changes brought about in the system, so that they can guide their wards properly in their endeavours.
